Meet the Staff
Our entire staff is made up of highly skilled people who are dedicated to the Dental Team of Sumter's mission and values. Dr. Lee and Dr. Fingar agree that our team members are the practice's greatest asset because they each contribute to the caring atmosphere that patients deserve and want.
Administration
Julie Tracy has been a part of the Dental Team of Sumter since 2000. As the Practice Administrator, Julie is dedicated to increasing the overall practice efficiency and she oversees the financial aspect of the business.
Lorrie Scudder joined the Dental Team in 2002 and serves the practice as the Patient Care Coordinator. She assists patients with appointments and makes certain they are well taken care of.
Mimi Burnish, Hygiene Coordinator, joined the practice in 2007 and she will be coordinating care for the hygiene patients.
Hygiene
Melanie earned her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1981 and has provided preventative care to Dental Team's patients since 1995.
Renee' earned her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1992 and her Bachelor's of Health Science Degree in August 2006. She has been serving patients at the Dental Team since 1992.
Holly earned her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2005 and she joined the Dental Team in 2005.
Assistants
Marie Foster worked as a dental assistant for over 20 years and joined the Dental Team in 2006. Ivey Walker works as a dental assistant and joined us in 2005. Brooke Carter works as a hygiene and dental assistant and joined the Dental Team in 2004.
